Pay:

* $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, compensation is based on experience, education, skills, and business considerations.

Schedule:

* 8 hour shift

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting internal and external customers in a professional manner
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Receiving requests from multiple sources and completing necessary processes for equipment services
  • Coordinating home equipment service requests with Dispatch for prompt delivery
  • Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry customers as needed
  • Providing customers with product and service information
  • Maintaining current knowledge on Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor sources for equipment
  • Verifying medical necessity, insurance coverage, and physician orders for all insurance-assigned services
  • Following policy and work instructions to ensure the Billing Department has the correct paperwork to complete insurance
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed department metrics while providing excellent customer service
  • Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may complement client needs, as applicable
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 6 months of relevant customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail
  • Good data entry skills
  • Proficiency with computers, with strong typing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
