Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions and concerns.
  • Troubleshooting user issues, including account access, content violations, or app functionality problems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Educating users on TikTok features, policies, and best practices, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to get the most out of the platform.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided, using this information to improve our services and processes.
  • Delivering a positive customer experience while meeting performance metrics, consistently exceeding user expectations and providing a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Previous experience in customer service, social media management, or tech support is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially TikTok, with a deep understanding of its features and functionality.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.), with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
