Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their travel needs are met and their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide information about our travel services and products, including customized travel packages and itineraries
  • Help customers book and manage their travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and activities
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with our travel experts to provide personalized travel recommendations and solutions

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable using computers and software applications, including CRM systems and travel booking platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
