<div> <div> You will be responsible for the coordination and management of inventory functions including cycle counts, quality audits and physical inventory oversight. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.</li> </ul> </div> </div> <div> <div> <ul> <li>11 paid holidays each year</li> <li>2 weeks of paid vacation to start (accrued weekly), and prorated based on hire date</li> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li> <li>Up to 5% 401K match starting day one of employment</li> <li>Tuition reimbursement to support your education goals</li> </ul> </div> </div> <div> <div> </div> <div> <b>More details about the opportunity:</b> </div> <div> <ul> <li>Perform daily cycle counts and adjust systems, as necessary.</li> <li>Performs all daily activities necessary to maintain effective inventory management procedures.</li> <li>Reports on the inventory accuracy assurance programs, including weekly and monthly reporting.</li> </ul> </div> </div> <div> <div> <ul> <li>Performs random location audits per defined criteria processing inventory that is excess, obsolete, or scrap.</li> <li>Coordinates the annual physical inventory procedures.</li> <li>Willingly looks for and share ideas in the development of enhancing current methods and procedures within the department and in complimentary departments.</li> </ul> </div> <div> </div> <div> <b>Experience and skill requirements:</b> </div> </div> <div> <div> <ul> <li>Must be able to communicate with coworkers effectively and professionally.</li> <li>Must have ERP/WMS experience along with Microsoft Suite</li> <li>Must have process improvement or continuous improvement experience.</li> <li>Must be organized, self-thinker/starter, able to work with minimal supervision, problem solver and skilled in multiple positions within a warehouse.</li> <li>Inventory control or picking and packing experience required.</li> </ul> </div> </div> <div> </div> <div> <b>Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):</b> </div> <div> </div> <div> 1st shift: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday (Mandatory overtime may be required at times along with voluntary overtime) </div> <div> </div> <div> <b>Physical Requirements:</b> </div> <div> </div> <div> Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs.
