Sales & Marketing Intern

Anticipated Hours Per Week 20 to 30 Salary/Wage Range: Hourly $15.00 to $20.00 Number Of Positions 1 Position Summary/Job Duties: We provide professional services to clinical research sites, from coverage analysis and budget negotiation to contract redlining, CTMS builds, staffing, training, and consulting. We're looking for a sharp, driven intern to help us grow. If you love the idea of learning by doing — not watching from the sidelines — this one's for you. You'll be jumping into things like: - Getting sales materials ready for calls and meetings - Sitting in on sales calls, taking notes, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks - Creating marketing collateral in Canva (think one-pagers, decks, social content) - Running email campaigns through HubSpot - Keeping our CRM tidy and up to date - Whatever else comes up — we move fast and we'd love your help You might be a great fit if you: - Are studying Marketing, Life Science Communications, or something adjacent - Write clearly and communicate well - Know your way around Canva or HubSpot (or are a fast learner) - Are the kind of person who makes lists, checks things off, and actually follows up - Want real experience, not busywork What's in it for you: - Hands-on exposure to sales and marketing at a growing company - A team that'll invest in you and help you build real skills - Paid internship Interested?
