Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Solving customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Identifying and escalating any emerging customer issues to the appropriate team members

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a virtual setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and empathy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
