Job Summary FedEx is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Live Chat Remote Representatives. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience while embodying FedExs commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • * Assist customers with tracking shipments, order status, and service inquiries.
  • * Resolve customer issues effectively, demonstrating problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FedEx services, policies, and procedures to provide informed assistance.
  • * Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
  • * Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications.
  • * Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with management.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Exceptional written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • * Proficient in using live chat platforms and CRM systems.
  • * Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy.
