We are Series B funded for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 100 employees. We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country. Due to growth, we are hiring a hiring multiple Senior or Staff Remote Software Engineers with the following experience:
- Ruby, Rails
- React
- AWS (EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, S3)
Our tech stack also includes the following, so experience with any of these is a plus:
- Ansible
- Terraform
- CloudFormation
- Linux
- Postgres
Compensation and the Senior vs Staff designation will be determined based off of technical proficiency in comparison to our current team. You be partnering with a team of other very senior Rails developers who have been using the framework since 2.3. You will make architectural decisions that drive the next generation of our product, build/deploy third party integrations, and create components for our client facing features. What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with our other very senior Rails developers who have been using the framework since 2.3
- Implement new features and enhancements with Ruby on Rails
- Make architectural decisions that drive the next generation of our tech stack
- Build and maintain components in both React and TypeScript
- Work closely with technical product teams to create custom user experience-led features
- Navigate from front to back end architecture improvements
- Built out 3rd party integrations
