What You'll Do

As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you will:

  • Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving technical issues and answering questions about our clients' products and services.
  • Assist customers in correcting billing concerns and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, technical skills, and industry trends to provide informed support.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple systems and software.
  • Ability to pass technical assessments to demonstrate skills.
