Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional support to our clients. If you have:

  • Customer service experience within the industrial related, glass and aluminum, or building materials industry (preferred)
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Listening skills and data collection with attention to detail
  • Ability to calculate discounts, fractions, percentages, area circumference, and volume
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving telephone and fax requests for price quotations, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers
  • Answering customer's technical questions regarding products and services
  • Achieving and maintaining rapport with customers and working to give them the best possible service
  • Data Entry – Taking and entering customer requests in a timely and efficient manner
