Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and first contact resolution on requests and inquiries from arenaflex current and former associates, family members, power of attorneys, personal representatives, physician offices, arenaflex stockholders, and Qualified Plan participants.
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and resolve benefits-related issues, including claims, enrollments, and changes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and benefits programs to provide accurate and informed support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, benefits administration, and industry trends.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as a Part-Time Benefits Department Customer Service Agent, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, benefits administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
