Responsibilities
As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers: Provide courteous and professional service to create raving fans.
- Assisting sales consultants: Finalize sales orders, including payment transactions, delivery set up, and more.
- Triaging incoming phone calls: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Contacting customers: Resolve delivery and service issues, and interact with various departments to resolve any issues.
- Reconciling cash drawer: Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficient computer skills: Ability to learn new programs and navigate our systems.
- Excellent communication skills: Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Mathematical and organizational skills: Accurately process transactions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Effective reading and communication skills: Clearly communicate with customers and colleagues.
- 1-2 years of retail experience: Preferred but not required.
