Schedule: PRN Shift: Night (United States of America) Address: 11801 SOUTH FWY City: BURLESON State: Texas Postal Code: 76028 Job Description: Provides constructive feedback and instruction to staff to enhance productivity and service quality. Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care. Assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates comprehensive care plans with a multidisciplinary team in collaboration with patients and families. Conducts thorough assessments of patients' goals, as well as biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and discharge planning needs using hospital resources. Acts as a liaison to post-hospital care providers and community health resources. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Skill and proficiency in applying highly technical principles, concepts, and techniques which are central to the nursing profession. [Required]
- Accurate typing skills. [Required]
- Must be able to communicate effectively. [Required]
- Medical terminology. [Preferred] Education:
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing[Preferred] Field of Study:
- N/A Work Experience:
- 1+ year of relevant experience in past three (3) years [Required]
- In specialty areas, at least six months of experience in field [Preferred] Additional Information:

- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
