Responsibilities

As an Agent Team Member, you'll be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to our clients. Your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options
  • Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Collaborating with our independent contractor agents to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
