Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Support Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product training and support to ensure clients get the most out of Studio Director
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Contributing to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support resources

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
