Key Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing swift, accurate, and professional assistance to customers via phone calls, email exchanges, and other digital platforms
  • Supporting customers in tracking their purchases, resolving delivery concerns, managing returns, and clarifying product queries
