Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team as a Live Chat Operator. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in computer systems, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
