Temporary Call Center Position

As a temporary Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• CRM experience (customer relationship management)
• Flawless attendance and punctuality
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Strong phone contact handling skills with call control and active listening
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• One year or more previous high-volume Contact Center experience (preferred)
• Chat and Email support in a customer service environment (preferred)
