Temporary Call Center Position

As a temporary Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. We're looking for candidates who are genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving comes naturally to our ideal candidate.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls with professionalism and poise
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the correct protocols
  • Following all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and build strong relationships
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings through efficient and effective communication

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • CRM experience (customer relationship management)
  • Flawless attendance and punctuality
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Strong phone contact handling skills with call control and active listening
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • One year or more previous high-volume Contact Center experience (preferred)
  • Chat and Email support in a customer service environment (preferred)
