Remote Medical Live Scribe
MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Remote Medical Live Scribe ! We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Medical Live Scribe to join our team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to document patient encounters in real-time, allowing providers to focus more on direct patient care. About the account: DrCatalyst DrCatalyst (DrC) is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 750 billable staff from the Philippines. Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift PHT, Full time, Remote work for those outside Cebu province Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently document patient history, physical exams, assessments, treatment plans, lab results, and follow-up instructions into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Assist providers during patient examinations by entering information into the EHR in real-time.
- Organize and maintain patient charts and other medical documentation.
- Review and verify provider documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate patient information and timely communication.
- Handle confidential patient information with the utmost discretion and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications: Required:
- Medical Allied Graduate
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent typing speed (at least 60 WPM) and computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred:
- Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Pre-medical or healthcare-related coursework or background
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
- Monthly salary of maximum 30,000PHP - 40,000PHP (depending on experience)
- Monthly Attendance Bonus - 2,000PHP
