Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve our customer service processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

* Proven experience in live chat customer support or a related field

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of live chat interactions

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
