Job Summary

As a Part-Time Chat Operator, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing lead information to drive revenue growth for our clients. This is a remote opportunity that requires a positive and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns

• Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with our clients' customers
• Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
• Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong ability to multitask, with experience in gaming or other fast-paced environments a plus
• Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Training and Requirements

* On-the-job training via Zoom, with a comprehensive training program that covers our products, services, and customer service best practices

• Requirements:

+ Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred + Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse + Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position + Able to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30 pm EDT
