- Assist in the manual setup of organizations and user credentials: You'll work closely with our team to set up organizations and user credentials during the migration to our new platform, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
- Support end-users by establishing organization and user profiles: Your excellent communication skills will be essential in establishing organization and user profiles, providing end-users with a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate seamless transitions: You'll work closely with our team members to ensure that clients are transitioned to our new application system efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Work flexible shifts as per project requirements: You'll have the flexibility to work various shifts, including 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST), depending on project requirements.
Required Skills
