Job Summary
We're looking for a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist who is self-motivated, attentive to detail, and able to manage their time effectively. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. You will work remotely, and we're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and can maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Conducting research and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Creating and managing spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
- Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
- Updating existing data
- Reviewing and updating incoming data for completeness, accuracy, and relevancy

- High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional qualifications as an administrative assistant a plus.
