Responsibilities

As a Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer and technical support for arenaflex display products through incoming calls, emails, and live chats.
  • Issuing Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Gathering and resolving Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support experiences.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical specifications to provide accurate and informed support.
  • Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service guidelines to ensure exceptional support experiences.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A basic understanding of computer systems and components (both PC and Mac) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Some experience in customer/tech support or sales/repair service is preferred.
  • A+ Certification or equivalent knowledge is a nice-to-have, but not required.

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience with CRM software and customer support platforms.

  • Knowledge of display products, including TVs and monitors.
  • Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and repair procedures.
  • Certification in customer service or technical support.
