About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry / 10-Key Specialist to join our team in Fontana, CA. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for document preparation and scanning, helping us convert hard copies to electronic images. Don't worry if you're new to data entry – we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and scan documents accurately and efficiently
- Meet production goals, with a minimum of 120 to 150 files per day
- Input large volumes of data into the system with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to strict deadlines
- Work in a warehouse environment that may not be consistently climate controlled
- Stand for several hours and lift boxes weighing up to 80-90 pounds
Requirements and Competencies:
* 10-key proficiency and experience
- English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Medical records experience is preferred, though not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to stand for several hours
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 80-90 pounds
- Work in a warehouse environment that may not be consistently climate controlled

Compensation and Benefits:
* Reasonably expected salary range: $40,200.00 - $50,300.00
