It's an opportunity for you to make a difference in the automotive industry with a leading auto manufacturer.What You'll DoAnswer calls from dealerships and auto manufacturer employees to assist with parts informationProvide directions to part warehouse locationsLocate parts in an online parts catalogPlace part ordersIdentify corrections to auto parts catalogsResearch and learn new auto parts so you are on the leading edge of new car parts knowledgeOffer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitudeSkills for SuccessRequired SkillsOutstanding car / auto parts knowledgeAbility to identify key auto parts and assembliesComputer navigation skillsTyping skills (at least 35 WPM) – take a free typing test!
