Manager, Ecommerce Site Merchandising – NYC Hybrid or Remote

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: BaubleBar is looking for a Manager, Ecommerce Site Merchandising to lead the strategy and execution of our onsite merchandising experience across our Shopify storefront. This role will own the onsite merchandising experience, shaping the digital shopping journey through product placement, storytelling, and site navigation to drive conversion, engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate brings strong ecommerce merchandising experience, a sharp creative eye, and a data-driven mindset. You understand how to balance brand storytelling with performance metrics and can translate business priorities into a compelling onsite experience. This role reports to the Associate Director, Ecommerce and partners closely with the Site Operations, Marketing, Merchandising Buying & Planning, Creative, and SEO teams to bring onsite merchandising strategies to life. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

  • Lead the day-to-day planning, management, and execution of our digital merchandising strategy
  • Own how products are presented across collection pages, ensuring the site reflects brand storytelling and business objectives
  • Build and maintain the site merchandising calendar, aligning launches, promotions, and seasonal moments with cross-functional teams (Creative, Copy, Buying/Planning, Marketing, SEO) to maintain a seamless and visually compelling customer experience
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance as needed to the Senior Coordinator, Site Ops to ensure consistency with merchandising initiatives
  • Optimize our front-end site through iterative creative updates, A/B tests, new feature implementation, and leverage analytics to refine product sequencing and taxonomy
  • Support in planning and execution of homepage and navigation
  • Maintain a working knowledge of front-end site constraints and collaborate with developers and Site Operations to ensure feasibility of merchandising updates
  • Ensure customer-facing catalog integrity by partnering with Site Operations on SKU readiness, attribute completeness, and ongoing QA

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

  • 3-4 years of digital merchandising experience, ideally within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands supporting large catalogs with a range of customer bases
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Shopify 2-3 years' experience required; Shopify Plus strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, paired with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Excel and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or BI platforms
  • Experience with site search optimization, SEO basics, and taxonomy management is a plus
  • Strong preference for Hybrid Candidates with days in our NYC office. Remote candidates will also be considered (residing anywhere in the US and currently authorized to work in the US)

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Starting salary range for this role is $95k-$105k. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background and years of relevant experience
