Part-Time Lead Generation/Social Media VA

Job Title This is a remote position. WFH | Part-Time (4hrs/day) | EST Overview We're seeking a proactive and creative Lead Generation / Social Media Virtual Assistant to support our Sales and Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in cold outreach, social media management, and recruitment or influencer sourcing. In this role, you'll help identify, engage, and manage influencer partnerships that drive brand visibility and campaign success. You'll receive detailed client briefs outlining the type of influencers needed and use our SOPs and training materials to recruit the right talent for collaborations. Strong coordination and communication skills are essential, as you'll also manage the arrival and fulfillment of deliverables based on campaign agreements to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold outreach to potential influencers, partners, and collaborators.
  • Source and recruit influencer talent that matches campaign goals and brand messaging.
  • Review client briefs and follow SOPs and training guides to identify and recruit ideal influencer matches.
  • Coordinate and set up collaboration campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed and submitted on time.
  • Communicate with influencers and clients to manage deliverable timelines and campaign updates.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including posting, engagement, and content coordination.
  • Maintain and update tracking sheets, communication logs, and campaign deliverables.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to the client or marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or influencer recruitment.
  • Background in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms).
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills — comfortable communicating with influencers and clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and social media platforms.
  • Experience in digital marketing or influencer campaign management is a plus.
