Job Summary

We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team of Experienced Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our call center operations, you will be responsible for fielding inbound calls, answering questions, explaining product information, and providing customers with clarity on their accounts. Key Responsibilities

* Field inbound calls in a professional manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner

  • Research possible solutions to customer issues, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer concerns
  • Sell and up-sell products on customer accounts, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Retain customers who are considering cancellation, providing exceptional customer service to prevent churn
  • De-escalate angry customers, using active listening skills and empathy to resolve conflicts
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Proficient PC and keyboarding skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously

  • Ability to type 25 words per minute, with accuracy and speed
  • Good numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of stress and pressure
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and growth
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test, with a clean record and a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or sales environment, with a proven track record of success and customer satisfaction

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Ability to relocate to Beaumont, TX 77703, with a willingness to relocate before starting work
