Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in building and developing customer relationships within the community. You will be responsible for promoting arenaflex's insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote arenaflex's products.
  • Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote arenaflex's insurance products.
  • Collaborating with the agent team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Providing timely and thorough activity reports to the agent.
  • Making presentations to potential customers to promote arenaflex's insurance products.
  • Effectively relating to customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
  • People-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and make presentations to potential customers.
  • Bilingual skills, with Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers and provide exceptional customer service.
