Technical Support Advisor (English - speaking) - Remote - Night Shift - palma de mallorca

- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot software, cloud, and connectivity-related issues.
- Investigate and resolve technical incidents in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Ensure excellent customer experience through clear communication and empathy.
- Accurately document all interactions and solutions provided.
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
- Interest or experience in IT environments and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of tools/products such as Office 365, Outlook, Sharepoint, Onedrive, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
What We Offer
- Permanent full-time contract (39h/week).
- Fully remote position.
- Monday to Friday schedule — Night Shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Salary: 23.598,82€ + home allowance
