Responsibilities
As an arenaflex customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Promptly answering inbound phone calls, returning phone calls, responding to emails, and live chats
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high-quality product recommendations
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of experience working in high-volume call centers or customer-facing environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Reliable internet connection, working computer, and headset
- Quiet space in your home to talk on the phone without distraction
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual or multilingual, with proficiency in Spanish
- Experience working in the beauty or skincare industry
- Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics, with a passion for helping others achieve their beauty goals
Schedule and Compensation
* Full-time schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 9am-6pm EST (45 hours per week)
- Competitive hourly rate: $15.00 per hour
