Your Role in Detail

As a Text Chat Operator, you will be responsible for responding to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's website. Your primary goal will be to provide timely and accurate assistance to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner. You will work independently, using your strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to handle a wide range of customer support queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use strong communication skills to handle customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and social media messages

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications:
