Job Summary

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing world-class customer experience to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; instead, you'll work with our clients to troubleshoot issues, provide expert guidance, and help them navigate our best-in-class insurance policies. Key Responsibilities

* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License

  • Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
  • Maintain regular and timely attendance
  • Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
  • Ability to manage individual stress/composure
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

* High School Diploma

  • 2 years' experience in customer service
  • Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
  • Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the insurance industry

  • Experience working with CRM software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
