What you'll need for success

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) a plus
• Relevant customer service experience (previous experience in the airline industry a plus)
