Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Slovakian-English Customer Support Happiness Officer, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing outstanding customer service through email and live-chat interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Accurately translating product content into Slovakian, utilizing user-friendly tools to ensure seamless communication.
