Key Responsibilities
As a Part Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers inside and outside an arenaflex center with our products and services
- Using smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Moving and hooking up arenaflex trucks and trailers
- Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
- Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services
- Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental
- Installing hitches and trailer wiring
- Filling propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
- Driving a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
- Participating in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University
Minimum Qualifications
* Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
Physical Demands
The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning yourself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
