We are seeking a Platform Owner / Senior Developer to support and enhance Soteria 2.0, a Corporate Safety observation platform used for safety reporting, incident tracking, and analytics. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on application ownership with business-facing solution delivery: approximately 60–70% practical application ownership and 30–40% configuration, reporting, and stakeholder enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply and maintain consistent safety terminology across solutions
  • Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate quickly
  • Partner with Corporate Safety and IT teams to ensure alignment with governance and compliance standards
  • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with React, Node.js, SQL, and Azure
  • Experience supporting full-stack applications in production environments
  • Exposure to EHS, Corporate Safety, or compliance-driven system
  • Ability to enhance systems without over-engineering or rebuilding
  • Experience translating business requirements into practical solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Required Education No Education Requirements Preferred Skills

  • Experience in low-code or governed development environments
  • Background supporting applications with ongoing enhancement needs
