Insurance Verification Officer (Telemarketing)

As a growing company, we offer real growth opportunities for individuals who perform, take ownership, and want to build a long-term career in sales Role: Sales Associate: We are looking for energetic, motivated and confident Sales Associate (Telemarketer) to join our growing team. This role involves outbound calling, qualifying prospects, and sending live transfers to the sales team for multiple campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers (cold calling)
- Work on campaigns such as Home Insurance, Auto Insurance, Real Estate, and other lead-generation programs
- Qualify customers based on campaign criteria
Build rapport and maintain a professional conversation Transfer qualified, interested leads live to the sales/closing team Accurately update call outcomes and customer details in the dialer/CRM Meet daily and weekly performance targets
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Prior telemarketing or sales experience is a plus (fresh candidates are welcome
Basic computer skills and ability to follow scripts and instructions Reliable internet and headset (preferably Logitech H390)
