Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
