Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service specialist to join our temporary team for a 90+ day assignment. As a key member of our remote customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, internet chat, and email. Key Responsibilities

* Field inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests, and inbound email requests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Provide exceptional customer support using phone, internet, and computer skills
  • Utilize arenaflex's proprietary systems and tools to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issues

Requirements

* Fluency in English: Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing

  • Typing Speed: Must be able to type 40 words per minute or greater
  • Internet Connection: Must have a high-speed DSL or cable connection with a minimum of 5 MB down and 384k up (minimum) and 10+ MB down and 512k up (preferred)
  • Home Office Space: Must have a dedicated home office space that is free from distractions and has a door that can be closed and locked
  • Computer Requirements: Must have a personal computer running Windows 10 with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and 2.0 GHZ processor (minimum) and 4GB of RAM and Dual Core Processor (recommended)
  • Monitor: Must have a 19 flat panel monitor (minimum)

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote customer service environment

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with arenaflex's proprietary systems and tools, as well as other customer service software and technologies
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner

* Customer Focus: Must be customer-focused and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Communication Skills: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

  • Technical Skills: Must be familiar with arenaflex's proprietary systems and tools, as well as other customer service software and technologies
