Oracle Cloud Engineer – Contractor
Job Description:
- Collaborate with Oracle and project stakeholders during the setup of the Development environment in OCI
- Learn and document environment configurations, architecture, and deployment processes
- Independently configure and deploy UAT and Production environments based on established patterns
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and security across all OCI environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and configuration issues
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for ongoing support
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Strong understanding of cloud environment setup, configuration, and deployment
- Experience building and managing Development, UAT, and Production environments
- Ability to quickly learn and replicate configurations from initial implementations
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience working directly with Oracle or on Oracle-led implementations
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code or automation tools
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and governance
- Experience in multi-environment deployment strategies
