Junior IT Support Officer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line remote technical support to internal employees via chat, email, or phone.

- Required Skills and Qualifications

Familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).

Understanding of IT service management practices (e.g., ticketing systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Jira).

Ability to follow technical documentation and standard procedures.

Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

0–2 years of experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or technical assistance role.
