This could include a wide range of legal documents, such as real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney, loan documents, and other agreements. Typical duties include: verifying identities, witnessing signatures, certifying documents, ensuring compliance, maintaining records, and providing expertise. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
- Notary Public commission.
- Essential qualities include legal knowledge, technical proficiency, communication skills, and professionalism.
PREFERRED:
- Insights from prior work in legal or financial fields, as well as skills in customer service to enhance client interactions.
- Proficiency in multiple languages for effective communication in diverse communities, mastery of notarization technology for efficiency, and legal or paralegal knowledge for deeper document understanding.
- Good reviews from previous clients demonstrate professionalism and reliability.
