As a part-time Associate Level position, we're seeking individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch online chat support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Utilizing knowledge base resources to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve service quality
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
