Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new cloud-based solutions. Conduct regular system audits and implement improvements to optimize performance and reduce downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve any system or application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Continuously enhance and automate processes to improve system reliability and efficiency. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud technology to provide innovative solutions for the company. Communicate system status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and leadership. Train and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Participate in on-call rotation and act as a subject matter expert for critical incidents. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of cloud infrastructure. Adhere to security and compliance standards and implement necessary controls to protect company data. Proactively identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities in the cloud environment. Contribute to the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
