Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate software systems, including CRM and customer service platforms.
