As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with avionics experts to tackle business challenges and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working collaboratively with our teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Utilizing data and information to drive business decisions and solve complex problems
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities by Group

You will be assigned to one of the following groups:

  • Load Control Center: Work with our Load Control Center team to ensure accurate and efficient loading of aircraft, fuel delivery, and compliance with manufacturer and company regulations.
  • Fuel Methodology: Collaborate with our Fuel Procedure team to develop and implement strategies for fuel management, reducing costs and improving efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you should:

  • Be a college student pursuing a degree in a relevant field, such as Software Engineering, Research, Finance, Modern Design, Aviation Administration, or a related 4-year degree program
  • Be available to work for three consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
  • Be enrolled with an educational institution throughout the term of the center program
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills, take calculated risks, and learn from failures
  • Show a team-first mentality, prioritizing the success of your group and colleagues
  • Possess strong hierarchical, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Be comfortable working in both group and individual settings
  • Prioritize safety and security, both for yourself and others
  • Embrace diversity, inclusivity, and different perspectives

What Will Give You an Edge

Successful candidates will have:

  • Familiarity or experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Natural aptitude for airline operations, scheduling, and planning
  • History of leadership roles, including student and community associations
  • Passion for a future career in the aviation industry and serving arenaflex's customers
