Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent - Airport Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Safely handling and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and efficient operations
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-related risks
- Operating ground equipment, such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors, in areas of congestion
- Utilizing baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to destinations
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Work Environment and Schedule
* Work will be performed in a fast-paced airport environment, with exposure to various weather conditions
- Shifts will range from early morning to overnight, with varying schedules based on operational needs
- You will work between 20 and 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime and career advancement

What You Need to Succeed
To be considered for this role, you must:

- Have a valid driver's license
