Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from home in a second or third shift schedule. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the process of accessing their health benefits and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or written correspondence

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to members, helping them navigate their health benefits and wellness programs
  • Explain plan details, benefits, and limitations to members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to members
  • Maintain accurate records and track interactions with members, suppliers, and plan administrators
  • Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's plans, devices, and resources to provide informed support to members
  • Foster a positive and empathetic relationship with members, building trust and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications (e.g., CRM, email, word processing)

* Experience in a call center or retail environment, with a focus on customer service and support

  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and concepts
  • Ability to work in a production environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
